Note that we do not use the two capital letter designations to refer to the state republics of the United States of America. We do not issue ID cards to the States denoted by the two capital letters designations, which are not identical to the state republics. (See 4 USC §§ 105-110 and read The Story of the Buck Act for more information.)

Also, we will not issue any ID card bearing a personal name written in all capital letters. Names written in all capital letters do not refer to the actual being created by God, but to a fictional entity created by man. We do not issue ID cards to such fictional entities. Capitalization imperfections in name or state spellings will be corrected by High Vibrations Academy to their common law form.

Your right thumb print will be scanned and placed on the back side of your ID card, so it should be clear, not smudgy. Use a black ink rubber stamp ink pad to ink your right thumb. If the print on the form does not come out clearly, just send a clearer print with your signature beneath it on a separate sheet of white paper. Sometimes it takes a little practice to get a nice clear print.

Please send two identical or almost identical photos of yourself. One goes on your ID card. The other is for our records.

Please send $25 blank money order (such as a postal money order or Western Union money order) with your completed application. Once your application form and contribution are received, you will receive your ID card in 2 to 4 weeks.
