Obtaining a High Vibrations Academy Certified Identification Card
requires that you: 1) provide some basic information for your identification card, 2)
agree with the twelve elements of the High Vibrations Horizons,
3) provide your right thumb print and signature certifying the veracity
of numbers 1 and 2 above, 4) provide two (2) passport photographs of
yourself taken within the last 30 days, and 5) a contribution of $25.00
(USD) in the form of a money order (such as a postal money order or
Western Union money order) or cashiers check.
