Steps to obtaining the High Vibrations Academy Certified Identification Card:

  • Step 1: Read the High Vibrations Horizons.
  • Step 2: Fill-out the form below,
  • Step 3: Print out your Application on your printer.
  • Step 4: Make your $25 contribution.
  • Step 5: Send the following:
    1. Your signed, right thumb imprinted, and witnessed Application printout,
    2. Two(2) passport photos of yourself taken within the last 30 days,
    3. And if you prefer not to contribute online, a $25 money order or cashiers check as indicated in Step 4.

We ask for your email address and contact telephone number for the sake of communication purposes regarding your application. Your email address and telephone number will not appear on your ID card and are not shared with third parties.

That's it! Your Id Card arrives in 3 to 4 weeks once we receive the above.
