High Vibrations Academy ID is . . .

• For you who are seeking a lawful and credible ID card which does not obligate you to foresake your natural sovereign status and reduce yourself to a regulated subject as do conventional ID cards. (Most people unknowingly trade in their rights for privileges.)

• An excellent second form of personal identification — a second ID card.

The academy provides applicants with a certified ID card which serves in many respects as an alternative to the "Big Brother" ID cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. The academy provides ID cards as a service to those community members who want to protect their rights and privacy from various bureaucracies that many find intrusive, overbearing, mercenary, and draconian. Many people do not care to be in, or wish to discontinue being in, the DMV (Big Brother's) database, nor do they want to submit to obtaining or using a social security number, which many regard as "the mark of the Beast" or a "social surveillance number".

The identity attached to a social security number does not have the original sovereign status with which you were born. Such identity is a creation of law, a legal fiction. It is identified by having your name spelled in all capital letters, that is, your nom de guerre — your name of war (i.e., JOHN SAMUAL JONES rather than John Samual Jones). This fictitious identity is subject to the dispositions of legislators and bureaucrats who make it their business to regulate you with a seemingly endless array of often petty, misguided, and questionable laws, permits, fees, and penalties. In almost all cases these are oblivious to the unalienable rights you were born with. Identity is an unalienable right, not a privilege granted by government.

The certified personal identification card offered by the academy does not require that you foresake your sovereign status as does DMV ID. Although the academy cannot guarantee that your ID card will be universally accepted, as that may depend on the prejudices of particular individuals vested with authority, it has helped applicants in situations where a lawful form of personal ID is requested, or as a second form of ID.
